Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please read our returns policy below:

Returns Eligibility

  • Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return or refund.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or general dissatisfaction.

How to Request a Return

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Once your return request is accepted, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may choose a replacement or a full refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Does My Picture Come Framed?

Most of my prints DO NOT COME FRAMED. If the descriptions says MOUNT - it means that the picture comes with a MOUNT ONLY (No Frame). I do sell some very small prints that come framed. To view these please click the link or in my online shop you will find a category called “SMALL FRAMED PRINTS”

Where Can I Get A Frame To Fit My Print?

I do believe that “The Range” and “Wilcos” sell a variety of frames in the sizes I supply.

Can I Pay By Card ?

Yes, you can pay by card. We use Paypal for all of our transactions - if you don’t have a PayPal account - just under the Paypal button at processing (in small writing) there is a link to pay via card.
